I am from Vietnam. As soon as I arrived, the receptionist said to upgrade my room package (the room I booked was a basic room) without any extra charge and took me to the room. The room was very noisy with the sound of the central air conditioner outside. I immediately asked to change the room and they changed me to a basic room. They think everyone is easy to be fooled. Basic room: the air conditioner inside is noisy, it is difficult to sleep well at night when sleeping. The pillows smell bad, extremely bad, I asked to change for the third time but all of them had a very bad musty smell. At night when sleeping, the room will smell bad, I think there is a problem with the air conditioner's air duct

Noisy air-conditioning. Internet keeps dropping out. TV reception bad and sound worse. Receptionist are rude and don't listen to customer. Paid extra for better room and air-conditioning was better but TV and internet still not good.

All okay. But it is not recommended for holidays with small children here. Because there are lots of adult things in the afternoon.🫣

The school should be open for a long time but looks old. Rooms are standard, not cramped, clean, can be used, nice decoration. Overall, the entrance is a bit narrow. We had a great stay in this hotel because of its location. But, the facilities in the room are bit old and not so presentable to costumers. However, the foods that they served were so good.
