The room was hot, like hell. The AC was working, but it didn't feel like it was there. It was like just using a fan. Don't assume cheap prices mean mediocre service. Booking directly at the hotel without Traveloka charges 250,000 Rupiah. With that price, how can the AC be hot?

Strategic location, affordable but good value. The downside is no hot water and no elevator. So if you get a high floor, you'll need to exercise.

Please traveloka when cooperating with hotels, the images sold must be in accordance with reality. Hotel Arjuna Bekasi is very unfit for human habitation. Smelly, dusty, there is a cupboard but it collapsed, the bathroom is not maintained, the sheets and pillow cases are torn, the floor is dusty as if it has not been occupied for a long time. I looked for another lodging because I was very uncomfortable with Hotel Arjuna which had been booked online. And the funds cannot be returned. I didn't think about taking photos because I arrived at the lodging with the intention of resting, but instead I was disappointed.

The staff is friendly, but please improve the cleanliness.

Comfortable, close to everywhere, strategic.

When I entered the room it was stuffy and smelled of cigarettes, there was an ashtray in the room, the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed, there were lots of spider webs in the room and in the bathroom, lots of dust and in the end I had to mop it myself, the AC wasn't cold enough for the Bekasi area because Bekasi is hot, there was no elevator on the 4th floor, it was really tiring going up, the price was cheap but it added to the parking fee all day, it's better to book the red one that already knows the quality of the room. The towels weren't worthy of a "HOTEL" the toilet smell wouldn't go away, the TV was broken.

So far so good. The staff is also nice.

The spring bed is not very comfortable, it's time to upgrade the spring bed, when you sleep your whole body is sore

When checking in, the lobby staff was not friendly, the TV was not working, I asked for it to be fixed and moved to another room, they said the rooms were full. The bathroom floor was dirty, there was no mat, no toothbrush. Please pay attention and improve the hotel facilities and cleanliness.

This hotel is very helpful for transit in Bekasi because it is close to the city center, culinary & mall. The price is very pocket-friendly & the staff is very helpful when checking in with flexible check-in time. Very satisfied with this hotel.

The location is quite strategic, close to 2 large hospitals, namely Mitra Keluarga and Hermina, for me it is quite comfortable, there are several minuses such as no blankets provided, paid parking (should be free)
