The room facilities are in need of repair, and cleanliness is also lacking.

If I wasn't forced to because it was close to transit, I wouldn't have chosen it. The receptionist was unfriendly. The towels were damp, and the amenities were inadequate.

The service staff are friendly, the hotel is definitely clearer than the app next door.

The hotel is in a stuffy shophouse. There's no elevator, and all the rooms smell of cigarette smoke. Very uncomfortable.

At first, when I checked in, I couldn't believe this was a real hotel. It was cheap, but it wasn't like this. We got the 3rd floor, and when we entered, the room was full of cobwebs, smelled of cigarettes, and there was an ashtray on the table, and it was dirty with cigarette smoke. It looked like a Halloween room 🥵

Friendly hotel staff, clean, and close to the city center.

If it's just about cheap and close to where in Bekasi city, this could be a solution.

The toilet smells uncomfortable and reaches the room, so it's not very satisfying.

This hotel is terrible, it's quite tiring to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor, but when I got to the room the AC didn't turn on...it was so hot... tired of going back and forth up and down the stairs... not like the photo.

The AC wasn't cold enough, the sink was clogged, everything else was good, the staff were friendly, the wifi was smooth, we got drinking water, we got 1 towel.
