The room is very clean. The location is convenient to go anywhere.

The hotel is near everywhere, near malls, beaches, bangla road, spas and places to eat, rooms are spacious and clean, staff are friendly, welcome drinks and cute souvenirs at check-out.

Second time here. Still great. Room is clean, silent, boss and staffs are really nice, helpful and friendly. Really recommend to every one stay this hotel.

It should have been a nice stay until the male manager/owner there suddenly took away the meat ball dish that I did order with one of the staff at the bar in front of the hotel. He took the dish in a very rude way when I ate steak one of the ball and was about to put it in my mouth and he said "no, this is not for you" a couple times. At first I did not understand anything and thought he was joking. Turned out he was not. He asked the poor staff in very serious manner "Why gave this dish to this table?". Even though he said sorry after the staff explained that I did order one. This should not happen. He was not the order taker, if he assumed that dish belongs to another guest, still he should act more politely by asking the staff privately, not in front of my face and took my dish away like that. I felt very bad after that. He should learnt how to handle the situation more professional to not make the guest feel insulted because we don't just eat a dish we don't pay for. Except this accident that ruined my feeling, everything was nice and all the staff there are very friendly. Hotel location is nice. Still, highly recommend this place.

The receptionist, owner and waiter all ny very friendly at all and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The price is very cheap when compared with the quality obtained, not provided hairdryer but you can borrow at the receptionist. Overall very satisfactory. Close to Bangla. Around the hotel a lot of street good.

Nice and clean. Close to the beach (approximately 5-10minutes walk). 5-10 minutes also to jungceyloon mall. The staff recommend to go to night market behind the jungceyloon and I like it.

Location is very deket with the center of the crowd .. So everywhere is also close without the need for jalan jauh2. Recommended hotel
