I arrived at 12.00 and was allowed to check in early because the room was available, overall the room was good, not disappointing, the price was appropriate.

The hotel staff is friendly, the place is comfortable and not noisy, the AC is cold, the TV has Netflix and YouTube. There is no elevator to the 2nd and 3rd floors, so take the stairs.

Spacious parking, in the middle of the city, easy to find culinary places.

Staying at Lavender was very satisfying, starting from the service, cleanliness, facilities, all the best.

Have stayed here dozens of times, still maintaining the quality.

I'm so tired of throwing things around, I want a refund but the hotel said it was from Traveloka, but Traveloka said it was from the accommodation. I know which one is right, my money is gone.

The room is nice, neat, a little smelly, my only suggestion is that for that price you can get a toothbrush and coffee/tea, there is a little bit of a miss com but the check-in is fast, you don't have to wait long, the checkout process is also fast, I will come back again, thank you.

For the price of 235 thousand but the toilet is outside in my opinion it's not worth it, Finally I upgraded by adding 60 thousand to the inside toilet, Honestly, the room is very clean, fragrant, thick towels, and has a smart TV that is also hotel class, balcony with river view, The cleanliness of the room is the best here, fast WiFi, quite cold AC, the staff is very friendly & quick to help with the check-in process, I say this is already hotel class inside with a price under 300 thousand.
