This is my second time staying here. I booked a Superior Queen bed City View room, with a description on Traveloka of 21 m2 room area. My expectations were high because when I read the description of the room it was good and comfortable. And of course the price is different from other room types. When I checked in, I was served by a male receptionist (I didn't pay attention to his name) at 17.30 because it was approaching Maghrib I didn't pay much attention. I was given a room key on the 12th floor but when I arrived the room was not according to my order because it was with a Twin Bed and I automatically called the receptionist chart below to complain and make a room note according to the description on Traveloka. After waiting 15-20 minutes, one of the receptionists arrived (but not the same staff when I checked in) and gave me a new room key. I then moved to a new room and was still on the same floor. When I entered the new room, the bed was indeed a queen bed type, but the room area was not 21m2 as described. From this incident, I was honestly disappointed. It seems that I was not given my right to stay in a room according to the type of room that I had booked. Because this room type is the same as when I stayed the first time. Please be more transparent and honest in providing services in the future. I had high expectations for the Hotel, but it turned out not to be as expected.
