My expectations were too high when I stayed at Gaia Bandung, which was all about wow (it's a 5-star hotel, after all). The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the cleanliness was excellent. The only downside was the breakfast lacked variety and not many options. I stayed for 4 nights, and the breakfast was very limited, just fried rice on the menu every day. And then there was the western food, which was spaghetti for 4 days. Overall, the breakfast was really lacking for a 4-star hotel.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the service for valet parking is very good.

Overall, I had a very memorable stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and humble. I stayed for 6 nights, and the room wasn't cleaned the night before, even though they had a make-up room tag attached. I don't know whether it was missed or intentionally missed. Thanks.

I like the room interior the most.. It makes me comfortable and calm, clean, the room facilities are really good, the food is OK, even though the front view of the hotel is not eye catching but it is not disappointing.. I've been here twice and still like it, just a little suggestion.. The room pillow is too high for me, maybe because I don't like using high pillows because it's uncomfortable to sleep, the rest are all pleasant. One more thing, why not make the room on the 2nd floor face the swimming pool?. The other side is because the view is not good, it feels separated from the whole, thank you

Security and parking are very responsive, check-in and check-out process is smooth, crew is friendly and fast, the coffee is so good you can buy it to take home.
