GAIA's quality is undeniable. The staff is very friendly and informative. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. It's definitely a pleasant stay for a long time. The location is quite strategic from the tourist center.

We arrived before check-in time, so we were invited to wait in the lobby. Thankfully, when we arrived, we already had our room key. The hotel room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities, except for the lack of a smart TV. The breakfast menu was varied and suited my son's tastes. The hotel was close to our destination, the Gembira Loka Zoo. The swimming pool was clean, and towels were provided. Thank you for our wonderful experience at GAIA Cosmo.

Nice room, I recommend coming back next time, but the breakfast food wasn't very varied. There was a cockroach in one of the chicken dishes and ants in another dish. Some of the fruit wasn't fresh. The taste wasn't very tasty.

Comfortable room, checked in at 3 am from the station, tried looking for the receptionist first but she didn't show up for a long time. Check in was fast. There's a coffee shop in the lobby, try the V60: it's delicious. Oh yeah, the coffee in the room is also delicious, just take it home 😆 Strategic location, close to Kridosono, you can go jogging there. There are also many places to eat next to the hotel, there's Kang Soto nearby, it's delicious. *Sorry for the lack of soto photos near the hotel

The family suite is nice, modern interior, spacious, fits 5 people. The king bed can accommodate 3 people, plus 2 twin beds. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub plus sea salt for soaking. There's also a small living room for gatherings. You get a welcome drink and cake too. The staff is definitely friendly, from the front desk attendant to room service. Ordering GoFood is also safe. And there was something we forgot about, but Gaia took the initiative to WhatsApp us first. Thank you so much, Gaia 🥰

The hotel is very gen-z, with an industrial theme. The rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast is delicious, not just any old thing. It's really great. The only downside is that there's no Netflix. Hopefully, the next time I stay here again, there will be Netflix.

I booked a Premier Family Suite, but unfortunately the bathroom wasn't very clean, with the shower and bathtub being a bit yellow. Hopefully, I'm just having bad luck and the rest of the room is fine. 👍🏼🥰
