The hotel staff is friendly and grecep, it's just a shame that the hotel is not well maintained, not like the first management, it's very clean, the room has many errors, the AC is leaking but you can move rooms, the sink cover is stuck and can't be opened, the glass toilet door is worrying about collapsing, I stayed in room 102 ... the ceiling has yellow spots, it's better to just not drop. Hopefully the service will be like before, because I like staying here because it's strategic, oh yeah, now there's no mini fridge in the room anymore, huh? What a shame, now you have to request a hairdryer, huh?

I love staying here. Proximity to the beach, amenities, food, services. All great! They even have rooms for big group! Minus: has so many mosquitoes for room on the ground floor. Especially when you open the back door.

Facilities and services are rudimentary, cleanliness, only the parts that are easily visible are clean, there are no tissues, the balcony is dusty, the drinking water dispenser is noisy in the room and the people singing outside the room are really annoying. The hotel karaoke room was not soundproof, the air conditioner leaked dripping, the breakfast was also disappointing for 3 days, the menu was the same, it seemed that the serving of cut fruit & stir-fried vegetables was not of good quality and it smelled like soap and watermelon, the fried wedges smelled of used oil from fried chicken, fried chicken sausages overcooked hard, no fruit juice. Oh yes, the only dessert for 3x breakfast is pudding
