Cheap prices, spacious rooms, friendly service.

The location is very strategic; you can find restaurants just walking distance. From one end to the other, there are restaurants everywhere. The food at this hotel is also delicious and affordable. When I entered my room, I was surprised to find it spacious and quite affordable. There's a TV and a balcony, too. However, because this is a "kampung bule" area, there are bars and live music all around. It can be quite noisy at night because the rooms aren't soundproof.

Before checking in, I researched this homestay. They said the food at the restaurant was delicious, and it turned out to be true! Since we were still full, we ordered the special fried rice (if I'm not mistaken) and my husband ordered coffee. The total cost was only around Rp 60,000. We got a room on the third floor. It was a bit stuffy climbing up the stairs, but the view was great for a temporary stay, as we got our tickets in the middle of the night and checked out at 10 PM. So far, the staff has been very friendly. My son is afraid of people, and when he was reprimanded, he cried. Sorry, Miss, hehehe.

The most affordable, clean, comfortable, and crowded accommodation, with friendly staff and complete facilities. It's close to Tempo Gelato, and Malioboro is only a 7-10 minute motorbike ride away.

The best hotel in Prawirotaman, friendly staff, clean place, you can hang out on the balcony in front of your room at night, the AC is working, hot water is available, and there's a water bottle. If you bring a lot of bags, they also help you carry them. If you want a full breakfast, it's downstairs. Basically, if you're planning to go to Jogja, stay here.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The location is strategic, the facilities are good. The cleanliness is good, and the staff are friendly. I also met Mr. Agung and his wife, who were also very friendly.

The staff is friendly, but the stairs are a bit steep, be careful if you have children, it seems like it's for young people. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the 3rd floor, the location is very strategic, Tempo Gelato is just a walk away, there are lots of cafes because of Jalan Prawirotaman.

Stayed here for 3 nights (16-19 April 2026) in room Sekar 2 and it was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the owner of the hotel and coffee shop whom I saw him several times hospitalized the guests. The room was clean and spacious. The balcony was superb. Definitely will come back again :)

It's just lacking Wi-Fi, can't connect on the 3rd floor.

It's a shame we only stayed here for one night, as we had to return to our hometown. It was a really nice stay: clean rooms, friendly staff, cool air conditioning, and a powerful shower. Parking was a bit cramped, though. Even better, we got a great price with excellent facilities. If we ever go back to Yogyakarta, Agung Inn will definitely be our choice for a place to stay.

I stayed here for 5 days. The check-in process was easy. The location is strategic, in front of Por Aqui, next to ViaVia Bakery. I stayed on the 3rd floor, if the weather was good, I could see Mount Merapi directly from my room balcony, the service was good, friendly 👍. The room was okay, there was hot water, FYI there is no elevator here, thank you...

Great, located in a tourist village, the rooms are spacious, there is a water dispenser, it is clean, there is a cafe downstairs, the food and drinks are delicious.

It's on the side of the road, cheap and proper.
