During check-in, someone else cut my line, but the receptionist didn't inform the guest who cut in that there were still people waiting. The receptionist apologized for the incident.
During check-out, the standard operating procedure (SOP) was to check the room first. I was asked to wait 5 minutes, but no action was taken after 10 minutes, and when I arrived, I was asked what room number I was in. I understand the standard operating procedure, but there were other guests whose rooms weren't checked upon check-out. It's unfair to only look at the guest's appearance. There was a phone number to contact if there was anything regarding the room. Finally, I was told my parking was registered until check-out, but I still had to pay a parking fee when I left. Management should be more considerate of their guests.
