At check-in, there was only one receptionist, so we had to wait and queue. Only one elevator was functioning, so we had to wait even longer. For a budget hotel in Cirebon, the amenities only include two small bottles of mineral water. The worst part is the shower is that it's totally cold, with no hot water at all. I was wondering if so many people might be using the shower at the same time. For an event in the middle of the night, it's totally cold, but it's clear that the facility includes hot water for the shower. So, perhaps in the future, the facilities can be better maintained to make it more worthwhile. Okay 🫡 I'm speaking frankly based on my experience at the time. Check-in was 2 hours late, even though I arrived before 2. My kids were so restless and exhausted waiting for check-in, and every time I asked, they said the room was still being prepared. Even though other guests with the same room type had already checked in. Bad experience.

im so so sorry to say, the service is so terrible. i called the FO, ask about bowl and fork, until 1, myself call 3-4 times, still didnt come up. wait until 30 minutes ish the shower floor level is not good at all (828)

The male receptionist at check-in was unfriendly. He asked me to show my voucher for my stay. I offered to charge my phone first, but it was dead and slow, and instead of helping me charge my phone, he only responded when I showed him proof of stay from my tablet. I was then given room 615, but there were no towels in the bathroom. After sleeping, I realized the AC was broken, the temperature was very cold and couldn't be adjusted from the remote. we only stayed for one night here. the staffs are nice. room is good, shower is nice, the water pressure good, and they have hot water. but there's no electric kettle and hair dryer in room. but since this is a transit hotel for us, it's still okay. it's worth the price.

This incident happened because drunk people from the nightclub next to the hotel dispersed early in the morning driving cars and hitting several parked vehicles including my car.
