Great location. However we're not very happy with the service and check in process. Everything was left only to the security guards to handle the guest, meanwhile the owner didn't leave a very clear instruction for check in to make easy and fast for us to get in and some other things that we were questioning, the security need to go back and forth checking by WA to the owner but they don't really fast respond. I even tried to WA the owner directly, but they don't reply at all! We asked about the complimentary water bottles, whether or not they will be providing more since we stayed for 2 nights, but no answer. Even if they don't provide more it's not a problem, but we would very much appreciate if we could get a respond or feedback. No hairdyer, there were no garbage bin in the toilets, only 1 in the kitchen area, which makes it very inconvenient. TV only in the dining room, a digital old TV, not very useful. Other than that is fine, they keep the apartment quite well maintained & clean.

It was a pleasure staying at Cipto Apartment with my family. It was clean and spacious. The kids loved it because it was clean and comfortable, and mom could still cook their favorite meals at any time. There was a kitchen and all the necessary equipment.

The place looked creepy, ended up looking for another hotel.

Asli recommended. Dapat unit ruby dengan 2 kamar pas lah untuk kami satu keluarga ber-4. Kamar luas dan bersih, air lancar, air hangat lancar. Dapur bersih peralatan dapur tersedia lengkap. Petugasnya baik banget. Kami nyampe jam 10 pagi mau titip barang dulu dibolehin disimpan di ruangan petugas. Mau apa-apa tinggal hubungi petugaanya dan mereka langsung gercep. Pokoknya top.

The rooms are big & clean. There is a washing & ironing machine. Suitable for holidays with family.

This for the second time I back to this apart. The first time with my friends and the second with my family. I love this apartment. Every room has a spacious room. I was able to enter the apartment with all my family (for 6 person) and security welcomed us so good. I was happy there. Thank you.

Very satisfactory. Although there are facilities that are written, but none. How come it's closed hehe, hopefully in the living room, it will be given AC.

The place is perfect for family time who need cozy atmosphere...very recommended
