The AC is not cold, the elevator often breaks down, the hallway is dirty and dusty, the bathroom exhaust fan is dead + smells damp.

Please improve it again, the room AC is very hot and when you enter the room the room smells.

The elevator cannot be used, the AC remote cannot be used, the AC is not cold enough, the elevator repair staff is noisy during break time, the walls and floors of the room are dirty, the bathroom exhaust fan is dead, water is stagnant in the toilet area.

The corridors and stairs are dusty, the rooms are not soundproof, sometimes disturbed by activities in the next room.
