This is my first time staying with a group of bus drivers who were incredibly tacky and noisy. From the afternoon they arrived until 1 a.m., they were noisy, with the men and women shouting and talking, and the children running around. The problem was that the room wasn't soundproof. My husband and I had a hard time sleeping. When we checked out, the group also used the waiting room to sleep. This was truly a bad attitude, disrespectful to other hotel guests. I hope this incident doesn't happen again. It's a shame that such a beautiful hotel is being littered with guests like that. Staff, please help. If any guests are causing a disturbance, just reprimand them.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, close to public facilities, malls, restaurants, the town square, basically I was satisfied staying here.
