So far so good, for the price. But the AC is not cold enough, the room is too dark.

Overall it's good, the service is also okay, the room + bathroom are clean.

The room is comfortable, clean, and spacious, there is an outdoor terrace, separate kitchen and dining area, the hotel staff is friendly. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant, there is a food stall but the menu variety and taste are a bit lacking, hopefully in the future it will be better. Overall it is comfortable and I will definitely come back to stay here again

The air conditioner in Room 301 (Executive) is not working at all, and I had to sleep feeling hot and uncomfortable.

The staff is friendly, and check in is okay at any time and they will still help.

During check out, the staff seemed to be looking for faults. There was a small stain from colored hairspray that would definitely come off with rinsing, but they still deducted it from the deposit. It felt a bit excessive."

Strategic location, clean room, but it's a shame there's no hot water for bathing. Also, there's no breakfast even though I took the executive type.

I ordered the deluxe type. The room is spacious, the view is nice (just ask for the city view), the staff are very friendly and very helpful. The location is very good, close to Benhil MRT. But there is no tea, coffee, etc. in the room, so you have to buy it at the store first. If you request a kettle, you can call the receptionist. Overall, I want to stay here again.

The hotel's complete security facilities are quite good.

For the location, I admit it is close to everywhere. Indomaret, LRT, and others. The room is clean and comfortable. For the service, I saw many comments on the review about the receptionist who was not friendly, and yes I found it. But not all of them are like that. There are still some who are helpful and friendly (sorry I don't know their names). For the food, I thought it would be a buffet, but it turned out to be catering with plastic mica containers. The taste is standard, but because it is not a buffet, it is already cold. I rented a deluxe plus room, which has a sofa, refrigerator, cutlery, and TV. I didn't use the wifi. For the hot water in the bathroom, it takes time to feel warm.

The check in/out process is very easy and fast, the room is as shown in the application, the amenities are quite complete (no cotton buds & shower caps), cold AC, strategic location in the city center, easy accommodation near the MRT, the downside is, there are only a few TV channels (really only a few, even HBO only has 1 channel) and it is not a smart TV, an electric kettle is not available (it seems you have to ask for it at the reception first) so there are no drinks such as tea, coffee and others that are usually provided by hotels in general, only for eating utensils are provided complete with glasses, bowls, & plates, for those who like a dim atmosphere it is suitable, because the room lighting is not bright enough, but if the curtains are opened it is very bright (room 303 because it can view buildings), there is a rooftop on the 6th floor and it is very impressive because of the beautiful city light view at night, it is quite good for sitting and relaxing.

The check-in process was fast, the room was clean and very complete, there was a refrigerator, microwave, and eating utensils.

The towel smells, maybe it wasn't cleaned in the laundry and wasn't dry yet.
