The cleanliness of the room is not good. The bathroom smells strongly of urine as if the room was not cleaned before customers used the service.

I'm so disappointed on customer service (front desk Hotel). I booked hotel via Traveloka already. When I came to check in hotel, they said that my booking didn't appear on their system. I showed all of emails and confirmation booking via email, but they didn't accept me check in. They don't find solution with me, they just talked me contact Traveloka, they don't know anything. I am not happy and I talk them that I call police, after that they arrange room for me by another building hotel (lower fair).

Comfortable, fun, close to all tourist attractions.

The location is quite strategic. I happened to get a room on the ground floor, so if someone takes the elevator it's a bit noisy. Overall it's good, still recommended to stay there.

You should also have mayonnaise for your salad🥗🥗

Air condition is leaking for 3 days inside the room like raining. I don't think the guy know how to repair.🤦‍♂️

Reserved 2 Rooms and all in good condition. Overall was great experience to stay here. Room & Bathroom is neat tidy and clean. Would love to come back. Value for money.

Easy to go anywhere. Close to Pattaya Beach and Walking Street.

Soft beds, soft pillows, very comfortable to sleep in. Clean rooms, delicious food, clean swimming pools. Children like it very much. Beautiful hotel.

There are 2 different hotels! The new one on the pictures is the Boutique City. Bit there is also an old one 50 meter away named Boutique Bravo. Shown on the description is only the new hotel so people think they would book this one but it 's not true. Is not the fault of the Hotel, is the fault of the provider.

Overall, it's good. Although it's a bit old, but the parking lot is small. The accommodation is very good. Breakfast was so much that I couldn't eat right.

생각했던 호텔이 아니고. 옆에 있는 호텔이였습니다. 가격대비 만족도는 높습니다. 발코티가 없고, 냄새가 약간나며. 시설이 낡은것이 단점이지만. 저렴한 가격으로 참을수 있었습니다.

พนักงานบริการช้า จองไว้ล่วงหน้าเกือบอาทิตย์ พอจะเข้าเช็คอิน พนง.กับบอกว่าขอเช็คห้องก่อน ขอทำความสะอาด ระบบน้ำเสีย รอ1ชั่วโมง กว่าจะได้เข้าพัก ไม่ประทับใจเลย
