nice and clean hotel..........

The staff is not friendly, the room is dirty and has not been cleaned for 2 days.

We stayed for two nights and the room was not cleaned with the excuse that there was no request. The morning staff (female) did not want to help order a Grab to the airport with an unfriendly face. The bathroom could not be closed because there was no lock.

Can you make it taste good and rest overnight?

The room is quite OK, but it's a bit dark, some ants are walking on the pillows. The staff is very unfriendly! Request for early check-in time at 12:00 does not work in this hotel, we have to check in at 2:30 sharp. The most important thing is there is no wifi can be connected. For tourist, you'd better bring universal travel plug adaptor to charge your phone, or you'll end up buying it in Mr. DIY across the hotel.

That receptionist is so rude af, not welcoming at all! Act all snobby with me 🙄. I rather book other hotel than this one. Worst service. And I did the math, the indian lady receptionist is the hotel 's owner 🙄. It 's ruining your business reputation 🥱. Atp don't open a hotel not even budget one just open a muay thai ring or other kind of business that would compliment your rudeness and snobby attitude 🙄. My first and last, PERIOD.

Pelayanan tidak Baik, Dalam kamar tidak bisa makan.

Hati hati. Uang deposit tidak balikan. Modus, pada saat pagi mau chekout penjaga tidak ada. Petugas pria. Lebih mawas.

Ketika check out tidak ada orang di counter. Uang refund tidak di kembalikan. Padahal sudah info besok mau check out pagi pukul 05.00 pagi.
