The staff friendly. Near hospital and northern beach.

The triplek room is large, the AC is cold, pleasant.

Everything is good.. especially the service.. I forgot his name, the fat guy who opens and closes the door is very friendly, helped us get a Grab. If I'm not mistaken his name is Faizan.. Near Wellings, food places, Gurney Mall.. We need to give Mr. Faizan a reward 🙂

The hotel is clean and the staff is super friendly, especially Fauzan the concierge. The only issue was the noise in the morning till afternoon due to the renovation.

As for the staff, everyone was friendly. However, this was my second time staying at Vouk. I stayed there before, and while taking a shower, the overhead shower fell, and luckily, it didn't hit my head. I told the hotel manager, and I was moved to another room. This was the second time. The AC in the 3rd floor wasn't cooling, even though I'd checked and the room was spacious. I complained when I was about to leave, asking for it to be fixed. When I got home that night, the AC was still hot, so I was moved to the 5th floor. Although the room was smaller, it was cold. We stayed there for one night. It turned out that this floor was under renovation, and it smelled of paint, and the room next door wasn't finished yet. I complained because when I got home at 6:30 PM, there were still renovations going on. And on the 5th floor, I didn't see any other occupants, as it was indeed under full renovation. After we complained again that night, we were moved to a room on the 8th floor, which had all been renovated. The carpet was new and clean, and the room was also clean, with no more paint smell. So if you want to stay at Vouk, that's fine, just ask clearly and don't hesitate to complain if there's anything you don't like.

Worth it! Staying here for MCU at the Gleneagles. I can say, the staff’s superb, location is amazing, walkable to the hospital, and nearby to anywhere!

Good choice of hotel if you happen to need to stay nearby Gleneagles Hospital. It’s just located within a 3-minute walking distance and beside the pharmacy.

The hotel is clean, the service is satisfactory, the location is great.

The bed sheets had some hairs on them, like they didn't change the linen before we checked in. We asked several times, but they didn't do anything, just saying yes, but nothing changed. The sheets were still the same, and the room was quite dusty.

The location is very close to Gleneagles Hospital, just a short walk to the side of the building. I stayed there for three nights, but oddly enough, the room cleaning hours were between 1 and 3 PM, so they only cleaned it after we got home from our trip. As a result, the room wasn't cleaned for three days. The room was large, but on the second day, a leak started coming from under the AC unit.

Stayed 4 days and 3 nights at The Vouk and we were satisfied with the room and staff including housekeeping. If we go to Penang again, we will definitely choose The Vouk. Thank you!

The room is very spacious for 3 adults. It is within walking distance to Gleneagles. There is Wellings beside the hotel also. 100 metres from here, there is a food court with a variety of food. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was varied. Overall, this is the best hotel to stay if you plan to go to Gleneagles hospital.

This is the best hotel to book if you’re going to Gleneagles hospital. Walking distance to the hospital and there is Wellings pharmacy beside the hotel. There’s also a food court nearby with a variety of food. Gurney Plaza is 1.5 km from the hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the room was so big and clean. Very worth the price. Definitely will stay here when I’m going back to Gleneagles.
