My parents always stayed here, they even know the staff's names. A great hotel.

Having stayed at the Vouk Hotel several times, I've been very impressed by the helpful and friendly bellboys who greet customers, guide them when looking for food, ask for directions, always ask about the condition of the room, listen to customer complaints about outdated, stuffy rooms, and leaky showers, and immediately provide solutions for customer comfort. Better than the receptionist who only responds to full rooms. I really appreciate the bellboys! Really appreciate it!

Nice place to stay, especially for medical check-up next door (Gleneagles).

Overall stay was nice, although there was a mishap with the type of room I ordered and what they gave. The correct room I got was decent and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. At some point, this is not a new hotel and might need some proper upgrade even though they are still functional and decent. The hotel’s best selling point is it is next to the hospital, which is what a lot of guests came for.

This is more than once we stayed here. I like the lighting, inside and outside the room. The renovated room I stayed in this time was great. Staff hospitality was also great 👍. Moreover, it is close to the hospital where my mother and I headed to. Thanks.

This is my 4th time to Penang and I always stay at Vouk Hotel, especially the friendly staff, newly renovated rooms, close to everywhere, and the cleanliness of the rooms makes it comfortable.

Very close to Gleneagles Penang Medical Centre in George Town. It's easily accessible to Gurney Drive, and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended, especially for first-timers to Penang.

The staff was friendly, and the hotel was close to the hospital. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were clean. The view of the ocean made it a very pleasant stay.

I stayed in a Super Deluxe Twin with a beach view. The room was spacious and had a relaxation area. The room was large and very romantic. My stay at the Boulevar Hotel Penang was very enjoyable. 👍

Good access to the city center, nearby all hospitals.

The hotel was quite nice, and I was satisfied with the service and facilities. However, the air conditioning in the room was sometimes not cold enough. Other than that, everything was fine. However, there's room for improvement.

I will never stay at this hotel again. - The AC was hot. I complained, but they didn't listen until I got home, and the AC was still hot. I stayed at the Vouk Hotel for two nights. - The towels were dirty, smelly, and torn. I complained, but new ones came, dirty and full of yellow stains. - The phone was dead. - The first night I stayed, the lights went out in my room. - The tissues were out of stock. From the first day I asked for tissues until I left, they were never refilled. - Everything is in the picture.

The hotel rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, especially for its proximity to Gleneagles Hospital.

The point is strategic and according to expectations

The hotel staff was very friendly, and we requested a late check-out until 2 PM, which they gladly granted. We stayed there for four nights. The only downside was the bed wasn't very clean; perhaps a dust mite vacuum is needed.

Room got cockroaches, bath towels were dirty. No hand towels and face towels provided.

Hotel room was spacious (L3), but too noisy at night due to water flow or could be due to restaurant cleaning (L2). Hotel breakfast really disappointed me. I went at 9 AM, most of the dishes weren't available. Waited more than 20 minutes for the food as they said they were preparing it. Plates and glasses weren't clean. Nasi hujan were given to replace nasi lemak, dalca finished. I only had the plain rice. Roti jala finished, only curry was available. Ordered chocolate drinks separately after so-called breakfast but got charged for it, even though I purchased my breakfast buffet for 2 pax but got nothing.
