The environment and facilities are excellent. The view is beautiful. The gardens are well-maintained throughout the thousands of rai project. The rooms are two-and-a-half-story houses, sleeping two people downstairs and two people upstairs, without any partitions. I found the noise to be very loud and disturbing between the downstairs and upstairs. However, the bedding was soft and very comfortable. At check-in, the staff didn't give me an overview of the project. I stayed at La Casetta, so I had to find my own way to get to Town Square and Piazza. Other than that, the service was good, with a buggy and van service available.

It 's so amazing to stay in la casetta.

10 points, the room view and surrounding scenery are very beautiful, nothing to criticize. The breakfast food is delicious, I tried the restaurants near the area and they were also quite ok. Vino cafe and a western food shop I forgot the name of. The service is very good, the staff takes care attentively. If you have the opportunity to go, you should stay 2 nights. Every time I go too far from Bangkok, I'm tired and tired.

the place is very nice, there are 4 hotels in one area, but you can't take photos of all of them or go to the cafe like that, each one has a different theme but all of them are very tasty. the only downside is that if you make a Muslim, the food is hard to be Muslim friendly😢, but the employees there are really good, I like teq no pork, no alcohol, they are very prompt

Such a good experience in khao yai especially at toscana valley, its a good & quite place will may help you to relax. But its a bit scared at night because the hotel and location really dark & so quite.

While the breakfast offered a few options, I was disappointed by the limited variety, especially since I had expected a full cuisine menu with both Western and Asian choices. Most of the offerings were Thai food, which may not appeal to all guests. Despite the breakfast disappointment, my overall experience at La Casetta was positive. The stunning views, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations made for a memorable stay. To enhance guest satisfaction, I would suggest expanding the breakfast menu to include a wider variety of cuisines to cater to diverse preferences

The place is very cozy with european lookalike exterior. Everywhere is so instagrammable, even the roads, landscapes was perfect. Very private because on the front gate the security will ask about your booking before you can go inside the Toscana Valley. La casetta is located a bit far (4 kilos) from the main gate

View nya sih yang juara 👍🏻😍 bener-bener tempat yang cocok buat healing. Ukuran kamar besar kalo mau sempit-sempitan muat sampe 6 orang (4 di kasur, 2 di sofa). Kamar mandi nya luas. Dari La Casetta ke Town Square nya agak jauh jadi harus pake mobil/golf car. Untuk bersepeda cocok buat orang dewasa, tidak ada sepeda untuk anak-anak. Breakfast biasa aja, anak di bawah 8 tahun free. Dinner di Town Square cukup mahal rasa standard. Kolam renang anak nya kotor ada cacing dan kotoran burung & tampak jarang digunakan & di bersihkan.

Hotelnya estetik sekali seperti menginap di negeri dongeng, bener-bener tenang menginap di sana, sarapan memang biasa saja tapi pelayanan sangat baik. Kemarin sempet ketinggalan kamera di area kebun, staff hotel dengan sigap dan tanggap mencarikan kamera dan mengirimkannya by ekspedisi ke hotel di Bangkok.
