Older high end hotel in Kluang. On site car park with security stationed in lobby. Arrived 4pm due to jams. Hassle free check in. Got rooms 704, 705 & 607 Sufficient large clean rooms. My room kettle lid was broken but still works. The non-slip mat in the tub was really nasty. The hose in my room leaks badly and soaked the floor mat completely during my shower. 705 had faint cigarette smell & had a power failure that required remediation by technical folks. Response was fast.

Lovely hotel with clean and spacious room. It is not new but very well maintained. All facilities worked well.

Very spacious room for our family room. Ample parking in the basement as well as in the open carpark. Eating places nearby. Only setback is the poor soundproofing. Can hear noises from adjacent rooms and the corridor.

We came earlier to Kluang and drop our baggage first to the hotel before check in time. The room spacious clean and tidy. Even not the new building but its well maintained. The staff is also friendly. The location just walkable distance to Laman Kreatif area, minimarket and in front of hotel there is a cake shop which their salted corn choux is the best. Also you can try Ngepot Cabin- comfort food court near the hotel for your dinner on night snack.

The hotel is in the middle of Kluang. Assessable stalls and restaurants. Nice hotel.

Children like it, the room is spacious and beautiful. Sleeping is comfortable

I would recommend this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Strong shower. Ample place to keep bags. Really friendly front desk. Great location to many food places and banks. Very close to the KTM station. Only issue I had was the bathroom can get really wet after a shower even with shower curtains.

The hotel is very well maintained, has its own parking lot, easy to park, all facilities are ok. Comfortable.

Good but need to look on the bathroom whereby water stuck on the floor.

memang puas hati..bilik besar..ada bath tab lagi..air pun laju, bersih..lagi satu tak perlu minta seterika or hair dryer sebab semua dh disediakan dalam bilik tu..maybe boleh datang lagi nanti. tq Anika Hotel

Good place to stay. Hotel have big room and bed very comfort

Bathtub was leaking and lift is kind of old and small. Anika needs to maintain the place. A pity it's not because it's a nice hotel.

Although the room is spacious, but the aircond was a problem. Pity on my kids, have to sleep in hot and sweaty conditions.
