The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. For a small hotel, this is quite satisfying because it is strategically located in the city center so you can walk around to iconic spots in Palembang. If you explore the area around the hotel, you will find many delicious and authentic street foods. Near the hotel, a little way next to Methodist 2 Kindergarten, there is a red bean ice cart that is really delicious. Then continue to Jl. Kolonel Atmo, there are grilled pempek and otak otak cek ija which are delicious and large in size at a cheap price (compared to famous pempek like Candy, Vico, etc.). It was a pleasure staying here.

The food tastes terrible, the variety is very limited & only limited to 9 am for breakfast. Worse, the Wi-Fi doesn't work, the TV isn't a Smart TV, aka it's still old school. This hotel is like a budget hotel. The F.O service is also not good, especially the chubby girl who is about 150 cm tall, is already grumpy & not friendly at all. It was an unpleasant experience staying at this hotel.
