Staff nya OK. Ini bukan hotel tapi kos-kosan. Kamar mandi di luar (shared) kotor dan bau. Kamar kecil, kotor, bau, cat dinding ngelupas. Kamar 150 kalau di Bali/lombok sudah bagus. Jangan nginep disini karena bakal kecewa. Wifi ga bisa 😔😔😔 Semuanya bermasalah dengan tempat ini

Good service, friendly staff. There was just a little problem, the TV wouldn't turn on and there were a lot of lipstick marks on the door. There was no wardrobe and blanket.

Staf hotel ga ramah bantuin bawain troly, ngomongnya agak ngegas. Belum sejam cekout dari jam 12 siang masih set1 uda kena denda 15rb, deposit yang transfer dibilangnya jam 3 sore padahal saya cekoutnya jam set1 siang. Ga ada plangnya bikin lama muter-muter nyariin no hotel dah saya lagi pake brace, wcnya yang 1lantai 2 tp yang jalan airnya yang ada shower mandinya cuma 1wc. Gila kapok ga lagi-lagi ke hotel ini.

Toiletnya kurang bersih dan kamarnya bau rokok karena ada yang ngerokok dekat kompresor. Pegawai tetap ramah dan check in sama cek out gampang.

I got to the 4th floor, with a room that wasn't cleaned and a very dirty toilet. (Maybe the room is rarely used) In the room I found a cockroach. Hopefully it can be further improved.
