Satisfied staying here, the place is clean, the food is worth it, the kids love playing in the pool, only the towels seem to be old so they look dull.

The chicken noodles are salty, and the texture of the noodles is not like chicken noodles in general, more like eko noodles. The view is okay, the room is okay, the breakfast still needs to be improved if it is not too salty and too sweet

It’s okay, but the pool was not clean, the wifi also a bit slow. I like the food but the option was to little. The floor on the bedroom still have a dust and still have dirt on the toilet as well

A Warm Welcome, Though Not Entirely Quiet My recent stay at Estrella was, for the most part, delightful. The moment I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is cozy and thoughtfully arranged, making you feel right at home. It truly offers a comforting escape from the hustle and bustle outside. The staff deserves a special mention; every single person I encountered was incredibly friendly and eager to help. Their genuine smiles and willingness to go the extra mile significantly contributed to a pleasant experience. However, there was one notable drawback: the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved. While I appreciated the overall comfort of my room, I found that noises from outside, particularly from the hallway were quite audible. This made it a bit challenging to fully relax and get an undisturbed rest, especially during peak hours. Despite this minor issue, my overall impression of Estrella is very positive. If you're looking for a hotel with a genuinely warm ambiance and exceptionally friendly staff, this is a great choice. Just be prepared for a bit of ambient noise if you're a light sleeper.

the view is good, you can see the sea and the city from the back yard.. the hotel is not a multi-storey building, but extends to the back, the rooms are quite clean and comfortable, the staff are quite helpful, the breakfast is also quite delicious, the food in the restaurant is also delicious, the price is standard, not too expensive. Suggestions maybe the wifi signal should be improved

the location is very close to the airport and office area, making things easy and close, family friendly, quiet environment and pleasant atmosphere, the room size is very spacious and soundproof, very clean, the employees and staff are very friendly, and the food is delicious with various interesting and delicious flavors.

I ordered a Deluxe Room with a Single Bed, but what was given was a Twin Bed type bed.. even though my intention was to order a more expensive one so that I could get a Single Bed, but instead I was given a Twin Bed which was clearly cheaper.. I felt disadvantaged because the room type did not match the one in the application. even though we paid a lot to get a Single Bed.

In terms of staff friendliness, this is the best!
