The location is strategic, close to everything and easy to access, but the soundproofing from outside is very disturbing. The gap in the terrace door is very loose, making the roar of motorbikes and cars very disturbing. I suggest evaluating the gap in the balcony door to improve soundproofing.

The parking lot is so cramped...really...the hotel is full of drama. And every time I stay there's always a problem. The refrigerator is broken or the bathroom is clogged or once the receptionist asked for the ID card of the person who booked it because it was a different person at that time, the reason the receptionist said was because they were afraid of room inspections.

The location is right in the middle of the city, the downside when I wanted to check in, the female receptionist on duty was very slow, sluggish, joking around with her friends, even though I checked in after 3 o'clock. There's no reason to wait for the room key for about 25 minutes. It's not clear what the receptionist was doing when she asked so slowly. Please pay more attention. Hopefully, this input will be a lesson for the next time.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Golden Tulip Hotel. The breakfast was delicious. I'll be back next time, haha.

The first time I checked in, I was greeted by an unfriendly receptionist, and the service was very slow. When I needed a facility that should have been available, I had to wait almost two hours. When I realized I'd forgotten my wallet and ID, the staff member wasn't very helpful.

We got fairly affordable price, the room is not spacy enough. And most disappointing is breakfast availability, we got in to the restaurant about 08.00 AM, but most of the menu already gone, and the hotel didn't refill it. We only can have some remaining menu, we can't try pasta, we can't try salad, Nasi goreng just a little bit. So the food management for customers I think didn't manage properly.

This hotel is nice, room & its service. The location is close to the fame culinary place in Tangerang.

This is my second time staying here, and I'm sorry to say there has been a decline in quality. From the first check in, they gave me a room that had already been booked by someone else (It really didn't feel good for the guest in the room, when I was about to enter the room, suddenly there was a scream from inside the room, because someone had already booked the room). Although in the end the room was changed to a higher type as an apology, but the impression was still not good. The amenities in the toilet had not been replaced, the toothbrush was very dirty.
