The staff was very friendly and helpful to our needs.

Dirty pool, smelly bathroom, pool decking is not solid, many cable covers are open, the interior is not maintained, the wooden door has been eaten by termites, the staff is very lacking, when I wanted to check out there was no staff ready at the receptionist. Cleanliness is minus, neatness is minus, parking is also not there to help position, the number of staff who are ready is very lacking, only helped by the attitude of the staff who are very helpful

The villa is very comfortable, very clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful, sad that I only stayed here for 5 nights😭 I hope to come here again!

The place is comfortable, quiet, the food is delicious. The service is friendly. If I go back to Canggu, I will stay at The Dewi again 🖤.

Kurang nyaman karena masalah ac trus kurang fasilitasnya tapi kolam renangnya ok banget.

Villanya sangat nyaman untuk liburan keluarga, penataan ruangnya cocok untuk kumpul bareng keluarga dan teman. Kolam renang agak dalam, jadi anak-anak yang belum mahir renang harus pakai pelampung. Stafnya ramah dan sangat membantu. Puas sekali menginap di sini.

The information we got a free romantic set up. But in fact, it 's not like the one yhat showed in picture. Public fraud.

Private pool villa but there are builders on the roof tiles 3 people so it looks like what are you doing, it's been said but the builders are still there until checkout, so bad.

Very disappointed with this villa. The TV was broken, the pool was dirty, when it was raining the water entered the living room so it was muddy and dirty, no soap and shampoo, the shower water was also a bit smelly, there was no trash can in the room. Already complained to the staff hoping to replace another room, but he said it was full. even though at Traveloka it is still available. Very disappointed and will not stay here again.

water heater is not functioning, trash cans in the room are not provided, shampoo soap is also not available, dispenser is not available, gas canisters are given a little remaining, the bathroom door cannot be locked, the swimming pool is dirty, the sink is leaking badly, this is really a disappointment for the first time when you find a villa like this, there are villas that are cheaper than this, they provide complete facilities and don't disappoint guests, no longer stay here at this rate, don't get the appropriate facilities🙂

A bit disappointing, there is a kitchen but there is no stove (photographed there), the water dishwasher does not work, the toilet next to the kitchen smells of urine, is dirty and the water does not turn on. There are no officers at night (both receptionists and security) go home to buy food at 9 full parking, the car has no place to park while the officers are not there at all, must park on the side of the road while the road is small, the location is right around the corner and dark, no there is a light. Finally check-out at 11pm looking for another hotel.

Very very satisfying villa, quiet place, near beach, recommended.

Suitable for family rooms and the pool is nice, clean.
