Dirty hotel. It seemed the room wasn't used for a long time. When we asked for a cleaning they said they will but when we returned, nothing changed. It was still dirty. They don't change towels. Even the hallways are dirty. The only thing I like is the food. At least, they're tasty.

I booked 5 rooms. Good to know that the adjacent rooms were given to us since it was stated on the booking request in the first place. Free breakfast is good enough for the room rates. Rooms are clean. Hotel is near the primary malls in GenSan. Then only complain we had was the telephone lines of 4 out of 5 rooms were not working.

The toilet tiles are dirty. Overall, staff are accommodating.
