It was a truly enjoyable stay at GB Kemayoran. The atmosphere is comfortable, the service is excellent, the staff are smiling and quick to help. The food is also delicious, and the menu is varied. Definitely recommended.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel is close to activities at the Central Jakarta District Court.

This is my umpteenth stay at Golden Boutique Kemayoran. The hotel may be old, but the facilities, cleanliness, food, and service are excellent. It's conveniently located in the city center. Definitely recommended.

Always love a staycation here

I'm quite a regular here. The staff are all friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the rooms are always tidy. I always like it.

It's also ok for an overnight stay and very strategic.

It was very fun, there were lots of events from the hotel, we got lots of prizes from the children's competitions, it was recommended by the staff and the place was very nice.

Good environment and I like it because it always looks like night, and the staff are clean and friendly.

The location is okay... but I was shocked to find a huge rat in my room! The bathroom floor was clogged. And the TV often had errors. The food was okay... the staff were friendly too...

The bathroom doesn't have hot water. There's a lot of hair on the floor. There are insects.

I stayed on December 31st so I could celebrate New Year's at the hotel. Upon arrival, all the staff were friendly. I booked 4 rooms through Traveloka because I was staying with family and elderly people. The rooms were nice and clean, but the smell of cigarettes was still there. I had requested treatment to remove the smell since I was bringing children. The wood on the skirting boards was rotten, and there were small cockroaches on the floor, some even climbed onto my bed. I couldn't sleep because I was afraid there were more cockroaches in my bed :( When I opened the mini fridge, there was a lot of water in it. When I opened it, wow, the water came out like a flood. Otherwise, it was actually good. But that's just one downside...

Please pay attention again to the number of personnel at the reception and in the restaurant... during the busy New Year holidays, there are not enough of them... Room cleanliness needs to be improved... still smells of cigarettes

I booked two rooms and requested connecting rooms. Due to limited space, we couldn't get a connecting room and were given rooms 1625 and 1619. When we entered the room, it felt hot, probably because the AC wasn't working optimally. However, something very unpleasant happened while using the toilet. In room 1619, the toilet was disgusting, still not clean, and there was still urine residue in it. We complained, and the staff took a long time to resolve it. Finally, we were moved to room 1617. Okay, the problem was resolved. From the afternoon to evening, we noticed that the AC in room 1625 wasn't cold. We thought it was because it had just been turned on, so we moved to 1617 and waited for the room to cool down. But they didn't visit until 8:00 PM. We complained again, just as before, and the staff took almost 45 minutes to process. In the end, we were just told to move rooms. Imagine, we wanted to be happy, but from the start, we were disappointed! We wanted to extend our stay, but we didn't because it was incredibly disappointing from the moment we entered the room until we rested! And we had a small child and an elderly person in a wheelchair who had to move around! The breakfast menu was incredibly chaotic. There was limited seating, long waits for food refills, and the only two flavors available were salty and bland! The only ones I liked were Indomie Soto and Bawang. The lady was tired of complaining and receiving no compliments, so we decided to check out and move to a better hotel!

The location is strategically located near the traffic light. I ordered food online yesterday and the motorbike taxi driver wasn't confused. The Wi-Fi is fast, but it's not available on the third floor at the end. The bed is soft, the pillows aren't soft enough, but, unfortunately, there are lots of small cockroaches. The bathroom toilet wasn't scrubbed, so there are lots of small insects. The room is spacious, the gym is complete and large, the pool isn't kid-friendly because it's 1.3 meters deep. They rent cute big tires for kids. The food is the best, it's very complete and always refilled, breakfast is served until 11 am, which is cool. Parking is 5000 for overnight stays. I took a connecting room yesterday; one room had YouTube access, the other didn't. Stayed there on New Year's Eve, they had a fun event. The hotel is actually very luxurious, probably very luxurious in its day, but it just needs a renovation.

Please help maintain the cleanliness of the room. There are cockroaches in the executive room on the 15th floor while sleeping and sitting at the table.
