The water in the executive room on the top floor is often off, please fix it

Cold AC, friendly service, location near Purwodadi square.

The bed and pillows are very hard to make sleeping uncomfortable in the body.

The room was immaculately clean. the bathroom is spacious, there is warm water too. complete toileties. friendly staff. outside parking area on the inside.

Already confirmed check-out, but not yet finished arranging personal items even turned off all electricity. Feels expelled but in a subtle way.

Hot air conditioning, the door is difficult to lock, the seating area of the restaurant is not much. So when the Lebaran event is crowded, don't get a seat.

Actually the service is quite satisfying, the rooms are clean, breakfast is good, shower and toiletries are good. Unfortunately, the air conditioner is less cold and when staying overnight before dawn until about 5 hours a bit the water dies so it is troublesome to go to the bathroom and want to take water from the bathroom

The hotel is far from the crowd feels very quiet like only us who were there. Comfortable cold air-conditioned rooms. Only for cleanliness is rather lacking. But for the price that much is satisfactory with existing facilities.
