The room was very dirty under the bed and full of dust.

Cheap, clean 24 hours, wide access

Comfortable, not noisy. Easy to find a place to eat.

The staff is very unfriendly, trash is piled up next to the room, and it is not comfortable.

The feel is industrial, cozy and the service is good.

plus : - soft mattress & pillows - clean spray - there is a TV - there is AC - clean toilet - safe and quiet - no strange smells minus : - hot water is lacking - towels are rough (must be replaced) - rooms are not soundproof if I have the chance to go to Palangkaraya, I might stay again thank you 🙏🏻

The hotel is comfortable, very suitable for transit. Get food for sahur and delivered to the room.

This is my second experience staying at this hotel. This hotel is close to the mosque, close to places to eat, so it's not far for both of the above.

For me, this hotel is good, access to the city center is close to the shopping area so you can find anything close by, the room is clean and the bathroom is also clean

The hotel is quite good for just taking a break from outside activities all day. Clean rooms, calm atmosphere. It's just not well maintained (maybe post-covid the occupancy is not high, so the cost of repairs and others are used for other things)

The hotel is comfortable and clean, the bathroom is clean, the hot water works well, the staff is friendly, the wifi is smooth, the fried rice breakfast is delicious, access to everywhere is easy, there are many food stalls around the hotel, the AC is cold even though it seems to have been limited but it is still comfortable, overall it is okay, thank you Artz Hotel.

The hotel is strategically located, the rooms are comfortable, the AC is cold, the lighting is inadequate, and there is no motorbike parking so the motorbike gets rained on.

Highly recommended because the location is in the city center.
