For me, the prices did not fit with the services provided. Maybe can reduce price or change bed for new one.

Be prepared to pay for additional parking fees of rm 12 due to hotel doesn't have its own parking as what is stated in the apps.

Strategic location, clean and spacious room... really worth it!

The room is spacious and comfortable but a bit dusty. Bath towels have rust and shower curtains. Everything else is fine

Not so good but not so bad. Suitable for budget hotels.

receptionist was not helping at all. 1st room was too scary all old furniture. fan are not functioning then I request another room. yet having problem blackout suddenly once I switch on the water heater. overall this is the worst experience ever for me and my family☹️

Rooms ok ok jer, the aircond sounded a bit noisy, the toilet water was yellow except the shower water.

Floors are not wiped clean, bathroom n toilet is also not clean, lift is involved, lift lobby is hot because outdoor acond is placed outside room @ lift lobby channel TV is only one watchable.

Very reasonable price. Located in the middle of Kuala Terengganu in front of Maybank and beside AmBank. A bit hard to find as the road is one way and Google Maps direction not updated. Hotel does not provide parkings. Receptionist not friendly. The curtains are dusty. Water only provided at the lobby as there is no kettle in the room. Environment a bit noisy.

Lift not functioning well. Tv only have one channel tv9 which the whole day showing CJ Wow Shop. Not recommended for people who has car because no parking lot available.

Value for money. Budget price, clean.

Toilet with bucket. The water to fill in the bucket was applied to the sink by sink. Bath tubs do not have a shower of water for the tap water leak leaking on jeep pipes. The water is hard to wash from the sink. For me this is the first and last time I choose this hotel. Sorry.

The room is dusty, the elevator is broken, almost trapped.

Smoke of cigarettes, dust odors, xbest instantly.

The bathrooms are blocked by waterways, the mattresses and the pillow cleanliness do not satisfy a lot of hair, dusty furniture.

All is well except they need to service their air conditioner because it's kind of hot during night. Others is great!
