Hotel with friendly parking and receptionist service ... But from all the favehotels that I have visited, this hotel is the one that is very poorly handled from - very limited parking space, - narrow and unattractive lobby, - until inside the room, the lights are very minimal, very dim so it looks horror .. - bath towels that are no longer suitable at all .. color, physical condition .. - curtains that are not well maintained, - pillows that need to be replaced .. - sheets are neatly arranged but need to be replaced with new ones .. not clean ones huh .. maybe it's clean .. but it needs to be replaced .. For breakfast, it's decent and good, good service, decent menu .. the place is also good .. hopefully there will be attention and improvements for this hotel, so that it becomes a destination when looking for a place to stay in Bojonegoro ..

The service is good, the hotel is clean, it's just a shame the towels are yellow and not suitable for use.

their staff took picture ID Card without any concern. after questioning it, they claimed it's for their hotel data. i have never experienced such tjings begore in manu credible hotel even the budget onrs. Accesd card fid not work before cjecking out. i went back and forth twice to get the access fixed by front desk. Finally asking them to go to room door to ensure i did not waste my energy to come back for the thitd. very passive!

The towels are clean but dull white, sometimes there is no mat in the bathroom, insects (ants and cockroaches) are the only drawbacks, other than that the bed is comfortable, the place is nice, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, the location is strategic,

The hotel staff was friendly, but the old toilet was a bit broken and there was no coffee in the room.

The hotel staff is friendly and the service is good, it's just that now there is no hot water in the superior room, the children are already enthusiastic about bringing pop mie snacks. For all is good 👍

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is very clean but unfortunately for the superior type there is no water heater so it's better to choose the deluxe. The food is delicious. Next time I go to Bojonegoro, I'll order this.

The room is spacious and clean, unfortunately there are still yellow stains on the sheets, I don't know what they are from, the curtains should be made with 2 layers so they can be opened during the day to increase lighting without having to be seen from outside.
