hotel near batik bay center and moss jetty. but, the mattress cover is dirty. a lot of blood. the water pipe in the toilet is also broken. it's hard to wash after use. water trickles out. It's worth checking into this hotel. take care of cleanliness. dirty

Dirty room smells of cigarettes, dirty sheets, there are cockroaches. The water pipe is leaking. Toiletries are not exchanged.

The accommodation is good located but there is a slight lack of room. The room is not too big and is suitable for 2 people. The hairdryer is provided but it is broken and there is no fridge in the room. There is little noise with loud laughter outside the room and the workers are not as friendly as they are lazy to do and simply respond. convenient location and close to the sea. The location of the restaurant is close by and within walking distance.

A nice hotel but a lot of things are not well kept. Pros: - Nice comfy bed with a window - Good location (depending on your objective of stay) - Full set of basic amenities provided. (Eg. toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, coffee, etc) - Huge bathroom - House keeping was prompt Cons: - Room lighting is too dim and dark. - Shower was lukewarm at best. Don't expect a hot shower. - Built in hair dryer not working. Room service couldn't fix it and didn't offer an alternative. - Air conditioning has a mind of its own. Have to wake up in the middle of the night to adjust temperature.

The hotel is in a good location, but the service was disappointing as the hairdryer was broken and the aircond leaking.

The hotel's clean and comfortable ambience, near basic amenities like a restaurant and laundry, is just a stroll away.

The hotel room is not clean and the towels, bed-sheet and blanket are all with stains. You can know if you lift up all the said things. My wife complaint to me her skin feel itchy on the next morning. Water heater not functioning all the time, when we take bath at night, no heat water is coming out. Luckily I just stayed for one night in this hotel.

Clean interior, new hotel. Spacious Family room. Maybe hotel should provide more hanging wardrobe for guest in the room.

The best hotel to stay . Bilik yang sangat selesa dan kemas. Staff hotel yang sangat baik hati dan friendly. I really felt like we were staying at 5 stars hotel !! I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone. Next time when we going to Lumut we will stay at this hotel again

All is good but the front desk make us shock. She unfortunately gave another guest double check in to our room. In 2 am, we seriously shock other guest enter our room. And we immediate go to lobby and the reception said she gave that guest the master keycard but I wonder, if that is master keycard, how come that guest can go to our room number. I guess it was double check in. Somehow for me it is a good hotel budget. Got lift. Easier for family. Room is just ok. But comfort and clean. Price also ok. Compare to another hotel budget in that area, price same, but no lift.
