A truly delightful place for healing, truly pleasing to the eye, and the air is incredibly fresh. Everything is perfect. Parking is easy, with free valet parking. This place is a must-try. One day won't be enough. Thank you, Le Eminence, for creating such an extraordinary place.

The Room is Good but amenities not complete. they provide coffee machine but no Coffee pod provided. The garden is beautiful and well maintain. parking area limited pack in drop lobby area.. In Room dining servis the taste below standard for 5 star hotel. other than that it is ok.

The view and swimming pool are nice..only for the room floor, there is no carpet. It is very slippery and cold.

A super quiet spot thanks to the sound of the river. The mountain views are even more stunning.

The wait time for check in was too long...it should have been at 15.00...it was almost 16.00 before we went in...even though I was really tired and wanted to rest

During our 3 days 2 nights stay at this hotel, from the first arrival Check in was a bit long because the room was not ready. Breakfast did not have many variations like other hotels and the taste was ordinary and the food was not refilled quickly. On the 2nd day the room was not cleaned even though the "make up room" had been hung, and we had called HK before we left. When we returned the room was still messy. Luckily we met Mas TANU. who immediately cleaned it. The hotel staff were all friendly and the view was good. Hopefully it will be improved for the shortcomings. Thank you.

The hotel has a cool and beautiful view, but the breakfast is not very varied, but so far the food is good

We got a free photo voucher from the hotel, but we got it at 2:00 PM, which was past checkout time, so the voucher expired.

It's good but the food isn't that good.

If possible, check in time is on time, yesterday check in was at 3 but we still had to wait for about 20 minutes because the room was still being cleaned🥲

Maybe you could add aromatherapy to the room. Incidentally, when I stayed there, the room smelled unpleasant. And the cleanliness was also lacking. The sink was clogged, and the bathtub drain cover was loose.
