Starting from check-in, the receptionist was unfriendly without a smile, after the room was cleaned, towels and doormats promised to be delivered to the room, but the bathroom mat had been requested 3 times to the HK staff but did not come until check-out, towels if not requested twice were not delivered either. The bathroom toilet water leaked onto the floor. The cafe waitress was unfriendly, maybe she thought she was just sitting in the cafe. Maybe yesterday was full or busy because of the long weekend, but it's a hotel, the excellent service is still lacking.
