very comfortable, good service, clean room, very cold water, even though the room doesn't have AC, it's very cold

Please close the ventilation if it's very cold at night, the wind from outside is very cold.

The room is quite good for that price, the location is close to tourist attractions.

Suitable for budget accommodation in Batu, recommended

The staff are friendly, kind, very helpful and it is recommended that you stay here if you go to Batu.

We ordered a room type with an en-suite bathroom, it was quite nice to get a bunk bed so it was more spacious, and the distance to Jatim Park 1, 2, the transport museum, etc. was very close.

A downtown hotel, close to the town square and everywhere. I always stay here when I go to Batu.

Friendly staff, easy check-in process, very responsive, everything works normally, there is a communal kitchen to make hot water.

At a very affordable price, it's quite comfortable, with a fan and a TV. The fan wasn't used due to the cold weather at night. The room was clean, and the service was friendly.

It's very comfortable to stay here. This is the second time our family has stayed here. And never disappointed. The staff is friendly. The environment is comfortable. Very close to everywhere. If you're hungry, just go out and there are lots of food stalls. Next time I'll stay here again if I go on vacation to Batu.

It seems like the bed needs to be cleaned or replaced because we were itchy when we slept there yesterday. Overall, it's okay. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, and the location is strategic, close to the Angkut Museum and Jatim Park.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here..hehe nice, economical, just for a night's rest,, suggestion: if possible, provide a bathroom upstairs too..he

Please provide amenities such as soap and shampoo to every guest who stays.... I checked in at night and wanted to take a shower but there was none... the towels were also dirty... the toilet was not clean, there were traces of yellow pus stuck in it.

Very friendly staff. Location is close to everywhere. The inn does not provide breakfast etc., but around the inn there are many food and snack stalls. There is also a shared kitchen, but the stove is very difficult to light. Clean bathroom + towels, only no toiletries. Cheap price is no doubt

the floor felt sticky when entering the room. the trash in front of the room was late being picked up. so there was a cat that made a mess
