I booked this hotel to get a nice view to the Mekong, the view was great, the staff is also OK. That's all the positive I can say. The rooms are not 4 star standard at all. Small, no desk, only a bench for the luggage, very small fridge at floor level, I could not connect to the internet (complicated system, the way they said didn't work), the bathroom looked like an old renovation, no light above the mirror, but a downlight right above the toilet! old towels, even the breakfast was poor. Having booked river view (and paid extra for this) they gave me a second floor room with the view partially blocked by some trees, no table and chairs in the terrace either. I had to change to another room on the 4th floor. Overrated and overpriced. I wouldn't give it more than 3 stars. I must say that it was reasonable clean and the bed was comfortable.
