good place. free airport transport guys,thats nice for you who new to tarakan. breakfast ready just oke. the room also oke. the bathroom just oke,water also oke. but wifi quite terible,signal up and down just not oke. enjoy here guys.

The room was clean and tidy. Thankfully, the breakfast, although simple, was quite tasty. The staff was friendly.

This hotel is located near the airport, only about 15 minutes away. It offers airport shuttle services. The rooms are clean and quiet.

The hotel staff was very helpful when checking in and while staying at the hotel, keep it up.

The check-in process was fast, the room was nice but not what I wanted (non-smoking room), it seems they didn't pay attention to the additional notes on the online booking, they had to remind me again at check-in.

on the first day I got a room with hot AC, but the response was fast and finally I changed rooms. overall it was good, ok, good enough, clean room, clean towels, good service. only the toilet hole smelled and the sink water was clogged.

Minimalist themed room, delicious breakfast, it seems like the most suitable place to stay in Tarakan. The price is in accordance with the facilities provided.

Great stay at this hotel! I stayed at this hotel for 3 days 2 nights and was very satisfied with all aspects offered. Ambiance/Facilities: The hotel ambiance is very comfortable and modern with complete room facilities. Food: The food served is amazing, starting from the varied breakfast, all prepared with quality ingredients. Staff Assistance: The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, they quickly respond to every request and provide useful local recommendations. Highlights: One of the things that made this stay special was the view of the city from my room. Price: In my opinion, the price paid is very comparable to the quality and comfort received, this hotel provides excellent value. Location: This hotel is in a very strategic location, close to shopping centers, and restaurants.

Room cleanliness is good, quite spacious. Location great. Meals are so so, but sadly on my last visit, the roof was leaking due to heavy rain.

This hotel, although crowded, the atmosphere remains calm and quiet..resting becomes comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly and quite alert. places to eat other than the hotel restaurant are also quite close to several places to eat and supermarkets, ATMs, and pharmacies...staying at the Royal Hotel is the right choice for me..

The hotel room and cleanliness are very comfortable and the strategic location can be reached with a large parking lot. Highly recommended for this hotel to be used for staying.
