My second time staying at the Ritz, the restaurant staff still remembered me. They were always ready and very friendly. Love it.

One of the best hotel di Jakarta, no doubt! I booked room with Club Package (including 5 times Meals) and all food was good! Services and hospitality was never disappointing. Comfortable room, strategic location, all in one package!

The room design is very interesting, the breakfast has many variations but it would be nice not to need to use the order system because the wait is long, the housekeeping performance is very satisfying, the reception does not provide clear information about the advantages we get when we first check in, parking is very difficult if we don't use valet parking very joining the mall parking lot, access to the mall pacific place is very easy, the fnb manager and staff on the 21st floor are very friendly and always ask what we need. Overall we are quite satisfied apart from the lack of hotel staff who are less able to take the initiative to take our luggage at the parking lot P1 even though we are quite tired because of traffic jams so we pulled our own luggage from the parking lot to our room. For a Ritz class hotel this shouldn't be the case. But we will come back again.

Stay in executive room. Very okay service. Property is good although some need some rejuvenation. Delicious food. But the room air conditioner is not cold even though it has been reported to the hotel.

This is my 3rd time staying at Ritz Carlton Pacific Place, by that you can conclude that I always have the most pleasant experience because I keep coming back. Spacious room, spacious bathrom, well-cleaned, top-notch service by all staff members, and don't get me started on the delicious food. The staff members in the lounge were extra attentive, offering everything in (and not in) the menu. You guys are my benchmark for a 5-star hotel stay. Keep up the great work!

Hospitality is very good. The variety of food served at the table is small (perhaps because of the pandemic so that the quality of food hygiene is maintained) but we can request to make a menu that is not on the table so the service is perfect. Make the room also clean and spacious. Very happy and satisfied staycation at this hotel.

The room was big, also a big bathtub with a TV in front of it, a comfy bed, and complete amenities. The service and hospitality were top-notch. We stayed there for our honeymoon and we got cake when we checked in and got surprises from the staff during breakfast and lunch. All the food was really delicious. Love the Sop Buntut during lunch. Really kudos to Mba Ana and the team to keep checking in with me if I need anything and making sure I had a great stay there.

During the pandemic we've been stayed at several five stars hotels for a staycation. With that being said, we can say confidently that we had experienced the best service from all staffs here in Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place. The staffs were very accommodative. They know you, they call you by your name. They always made sure that we had all our needs fulfilled. The food was superb with so many variations from western to eastern and a mix of both. The room was spacious and clean, and the view was spectacular! Looking forward for our next stay!
