the staff is not friendly and the room smells of cigarettes

The bathroom wasn't cleaned, the bed sheets smelled like they hadn't been washed, the bedroom lamp was full of tissue paper, the wifi didn't reach the room

The night staff I met were not friendly, the hotel was damaged almost destroyed, the room was never cleaned, there were lots of spider webs on the ceiling, the toilet was dirty and yellow, lots of black ants came out of the shower, the cupboard was broken and destroyed, the blanket was torn, the pillows were dirty and smelly, the floor was dusty, very dirty and filthy, especially in the middle of the night it was very noisy.

There were lots of insects and mosquitoes, so my body was covered in bumps.

Good location right in the city center, there is a mall and many traders. Easy access. The service, I give it good because the staff who was on duty at that time were friendly, although not very helpful in providing alternative rooms. Why do you want to change? The room is dark, damp, there are dark molds on the walls. It seems like it hasn't been painted for 2 years after I last stayed there in 2023. Budget friendly yes, but cleanliness should be an important concern, right? Hopefully the owner will improve. One more thing, the wifi can't be connected. The signal is really bad.
