The hotel staff was very friendly. However, the amenities in the room were not well provided. The restaurant was delicious.

The facilities are ok, it's just a shame that in the dulexe room there are pillars and the lighting is not bright enough, the bath soap needs to be replaced because it doesn't foam enough, it's like using it without using soap and the soundproofing is poor, what's more, the next room is being cleaned and you can hear people talking from inside too

Maybe because we used Traveloka's services, we got a bedroom with a room with a non-cold AC.

Overall, it's good, with rooms equipped with Smart TVs, friendly and efficient staff, spacious and clean rooms, and a reasonable price. There are just a few things I'd highly recommend, like the cleanliness of the outdoor area at the back, as there's no drainage system for the water from the adjoining rooms, which creates an unpleasant odor. As for the food, the limited variety isn't a problem, but the taste could be improved, as it tends to be bland. The tekwan and the model have a fishy smell and are unpleasant to eat, as they taste raw and smelly. The sunny-side-up egg is really good, just right 👍👍

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, the check-in and check-out process is fast, the breakfast is varied, the hotel is child-friendly, there are game facilities and a mini playground for children, I have been to Opi several times when I go to Palembang, the hotel I always go to is 🥰

This hotel is cool... I personally felt comfortable staying at Hotel Indah Opi. In addition to the spacious room, soft and clean mattress, the location is also close to OPI Mall, making it easier for us to go to the mall.

worth it, just the wifi signal is not very good

I've stayed here twice and it's never disappointing. Recommended for those who want to vacation in the Jakabarin area.
