To say that this hotel is bad would be an understatement. The receptionist was never present, she was way too busy at the restaurant next to the hotel, so I had to wait for at least 10 minutes whenever I needed something. On my last day, there was this whole loud family whose kids kept wetting the floor, they threw trashbin everywhere, and kept screaming, and the staffs didn't do anything. This family also used my umbrella by mistake and since I didn't have time, I had to leave my umbrella behind. On a monsoon season! I also booked and paid for a bus to Hanoi one day before I left, and apparently they only booked my ticket on the last minute, so I was transfered from one tour company to another. When I finally got on the bus, it turned out the bus left for Ninh Binh, not Hanoi! I had to spend another six hours between buses and vans until I finally reached Hanoi. Honestly, don't stay with this hotel!

The hotel does not clean rooms every day, but cheap, close to the center, large rooms. In general, young people who travel to save money can stay.

Hotel booked 12h30, we arrived 15h, sat waiting for 15 minutes to have a room! No closet, very dirty toilet, old, no room cleaning, smelly room! The worst kind I've ever lived in! Road to the hotel dust, eating ice cream can only eat egg bread if eating noodles must add money! 🙄
