Awesome Amarsya, I checked in around 2 PM. I got a surprise keychain with my name on it, and an afternoon snack with two menu options to choose from. Even with just a fan, the average temperature was already 21/22°C, so it was quite comfortable. The room amenities were complete, and there was a water heater in the room for making coffee and tea. The water heater was active, and the tap water also flowed freely. The hotel staff were friendly, without exception. In the morning, I got fried spring rolls as a snack, and my motorbike was washed as a bonus. Very cool🙏

Perfect. The staff is very friendly and honest. All the rooms are clean, the beds are clean, the sheets are clean, and the towels are clean. The food is delicious. They even wash all the vehicles.

Complete amenities: an electric kettle, glasses, cups, and spoons, welcome drinks and snacks, delicious food at the restaurant, and clean, quiet rooms. The only downsides are the lack of air conditioning. There is a fan, but it's noisy. The room lights are dim. There's no wardrobe, but there's a towel rack. There's a table and chairs in front of the room.

Check in at 10:30 PM and the staff from the moment they entered the building until they entered the room were all friendly. Even the restaurant service was very friendly. The location is also not too far and very easy to find. The price is cheap but the benefits are many, motorbikes and cars are washed, free snacks for 2 portions, fragrant rooms, bottled water, there are powdered drinks that can be brewed, there is an electric kettle to heat water, complete toiletries are fragrant, large rooms with 2 queen beds and a single for the standard type room, there is a TV, the bathroom is also clean, hot water for bathing is on, the toilet is clean, the mattress is clean, it's great. For that price, it's too cheap if I say compared to the facilities and comfort they provide. Thanks a lot Hotel Amarsya, I will recommend it to relatives or neighbors who want to play in Puncak but want to stay overnight.
