Kecewa dengan pelayanan di rudi’s villa baru kali ini menginap bawa anak 2 harus tambah kamar 1 lagi padahal kamu sudah mau tambah extra bed tapi tetap harus tambah kamar 1 lagi dan akhir nya kami menginap di tempat lain padahal di sini kami sudah booking lewat aplikasi. Sangat sangat kecewa.

Yes, some things need to be improved (Sembalun is quite freezing at dawn, water heater for drinks and indoor sandals would be great). Food variety and services also need to be improved. Only fried rice and pancake for breakfast, and it took quite a while for the meal to get served. But we still found the place is quite nice. Rinjani top at our front door, along with hills surrounding the place, morning view was awesome.
