At check-in on the afternoon of June 5th, the male receptionist was unfriendly. I needed a luggage cart and an extra bed. The receptionist simply replied "no" and continued playing on the computer.

Friendly staff. Ample parking. Suggestions for electric vehicle chargers are also recommended.

The room was moldy, smelled of cockroaches, and the bed set was dirty.

It's great to get free pick up and drop off at Tegal train station.

Hotel access is okay.., close to the city center... friendly staff, good service, only trouble with the room entrance door that is annoying, because it looks like the door has been repaired but still does not make it easier for patients. What was previously comfortable has become a bit annoying..
