For coffee makers, in all our room types we do not provide coffee makers, only thermoses and the thermos can be refilled indefinitely. For towels, if you want to have the towels replaced, please ask our staff for two nights. If there is a replacement request, we will replace it. But if there is no request, the standard for replacing towels and bed sheets is 2 days, Mom. Our breakfast was all delivered to our room and everything was stated in the description. It's a good idea before booking to read the entire description of the hotel facilities, ma'am, so that there's no disappointment like this again.
