This super comfortable hotel for families is highly recommended. The food options are plentiful and delicious. The location is also great for sightseeing in Kota Lama or Simpang Lima. It's also close to culinary centers. I'd love to stay here again next time.

I've checked into hotels many times before, but Grandhika is my favorite. There are four pillows, the service is very friendly, and the valet service is very responsive. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast menu is varied. I give Grandhika full stars.

The price is quite affordable and it's located close to the shopping center. The staff, parking attendants, and security are very friendly. The only downsides are that parking can be quite difficult and the lobby is not very spacious.

First, I didn't have high expectations of the hotel when I checked in due to the old interior. But the room was good, with good air conditioning, and the complementary items were standard. The TV can support Netflix and YouTube since it is a smart TV. The internet connection was very good, around 50Mbps. The staff was very friendly too.
