Overall, the connecting room request was okay; I was given it as stated. The location is also good, close to Pratunam. Nice.

Overall, it’s worth it to stay here. The location was good, not crowded with the market area, and there's space for Grab to pick up. Additional requests maybe: activate the keycard tapping on the lift for safety and security reasons, and the mirror on the desk could be changed to a standing mirror.

I absolutely loved my stay here! It was definitely not a budget hotel, so I was hoping for a wonderful experience, and I definitely got one. The room wasn’t too spacious, though, and the AC was directed too much at our face. Would recommend and stay here again for sure. Anyway, the staff was also very friendly. I asked them to take care of my suitcases, and they definitely did.

Nice hotel, very good location. Just a very quick walk to Pratunam Market. A lot of Seven Elevens nearby. There's a very good moo ping seller nearby, must try! 😂

It's definitely worth staying here. The location is strategic, with a massage service right next door and direct access to Pratunam Market. A short walk to Platinum, December, and other attractions. The room was clean, but you have to ask the staff to clean it every day. The staff were very friendly too. If I go to BKK, I'll definitely stay here again ☺️

Spenza Hotel is the best choice if you want to stay in the Pratunam area of Bangkok

Staying at Spenza Hotel was very pleasant, beautiful lobby, clean rooms, friendly staff and very strategic location, close to BTS, shopping centers, culinary centers, everything is great, the right choice is Spenza Hotel Bangkok 👍

I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive. If I have the opportunity to visit Thailand again, I would still choose to stay here.

Best Pratunam hotel so far. Helpful staff. Their room is spacious, bed is comfortable. Good amenities, they have a parking lot too. Mineral water provided, they clean the room every day. Walking distance to Pratunam, Platinum Mall, and CentralWorld. But, you need to deposit 1000 baht. It's okay though.

I forgot my bag for a day, and they sent me an email to pick it up from the Spenza Hotel. The hospitality is very, very good. I’ll stay in this hotel again if I come back to Bangkok.

This hotel is close and indeed in the middle of Pratunam Market - Platinum Fashion Mall - Central World area. Everything we need in this area is already there.

The staff is friendly and nice. Strategic location, clean and others x comeback here again.
