My first experience staying at this hotel was quite satisfying in all aspects. I hope it will be further improved in the future.

The location is close to the UNTAG campus and others and close to several malls, one of which is Galaxy & Pakuwon Mall.

Comfortable, friendly, and strategic

The place is comfortable, clean, cozy, recommended according to budget.

The food variety needs to be increased.

Very satisfying for the location and the place is also okay on the side of the main road so access is not difficult.

The hotel is actually very comfortable, but because the room is not airtight while I bring a small child... it is definitely noisy and disturbing the room next door... so the occupants may feel disturbed and bang on my wall. I have warned my child but because he is still 3 years old, it is definitely a pity to be told to be quiet in a quiet place.

The hotel staff is friendly and fast. Not far from the city center.

The breakfast menu is small and takes a long time to finish. It tastes lacking. The side dishes are only eggs, boiled, fried, balado. There was no chicken menu for 2 days there, only eggs were on the menu.

Strategic location, breakfast is less varied, especially the choice of heavy meals.

The hotel is comfortable, the room is clean, smells good, the AC is cool, the hot water is smooth, the breakfast is quite good minus the limited car parking space.

I found out about this hotel from a friend, the second time I stayed here, it was still the same, clean rooms, complete facilities, good service, friendly staff, even during breakfast there was a complaint about the cutlery, the staff immediately replaced it & apologized. Highly recommended to come back again! 👍

It's good. Comfortable. Even more improved, the swimming pool for children is upgraded again.

The staff is very responsive and serves very well even during the high season of Eid holidays. The taste of the hotel food (breakfast) is very good, but could be more varied. The room is comfortable.
