they cut my deposit 70 Ringgit without inform infront . for cleaning and water (this stuff supposed to be part of price) also the closet is broken, they dont care even for fixed it. the good thing is the location near by KlCC and Bukit bintang.

Pro: - Spacious for 8 pax - Near KLCC aquaria Cons: - Hidden cost -> Need to add extra RM100 during check in, need to pay RM10/pax for swimming pool - Deposit quite high for some - RM300 - Room cleanliness just ok - still need to improve, the pillow sheet is yellowish - No connected roof to the lift lobby from parking / check-in room - will get wet if its raining - only 1 parking space provided (even the room is intended for 8 pax)

This is the first time the manager has asked for a cleaning fee of RM 100. During this time I have never been asked for cleaning money. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Masya Allah, staying here with my family, thank God, I was right to book this apartment, complete facilities, there are petronas, pavilions, and KL towers so the rest of the walk, the view from the apartment is also very beautiful. I stayed 2 days, because Mom joined and couldn't eat carelessly ... al cooked! All kitchen utensils and food are also complete left over buy ingredients at the supermarket. If you want another family vacation, I will stay here

Apartment exceeded expectations. clean, comfortable, near KLCC. Towels and toiletries are also available. Mr. Amir is friendly and very helpful. Will stay again here next time.

We arrived at the unit. The service was bad and slow. I asked about the pool facility. The agent named Winson informed us that we have to pay to use it. On the booking page, it was stated the pool is a common facility. We felt that we have been fooled! We immediately cancel our unit and asked for refund. He said that it is not possible since payment have been made to agent.

have to pay RM 100 for cleaning fee. web claim already stated in the notice on voucher but that is room service, not cleaning fee. 1st day come, the aircon in the living room leaking, so we can't use. they repair on 2nd day as promise. even we pay RM 100 for the cleaning fee, they only make up our room on the 1st day, when I message the staff, no answer at all.

The apartment owner is not communicative. We arrived at 10 am, were promised a check-in at 2:00. We returned to the apartment at 3 o'clock, and had to wait for check-in at 5 pm. That is very tiring. The owner is also unfriendly and does not apologize for the inaccuracy with the reason that he is still serving other customers. Very unpleasant.

Staying in this apartment is very pleasant. Complete facilities, from furniture to cooking utensils and others. Clean place. The owner was very friendly and helpful ... I highly recommend this place for others. Next time I will stay here again if I go to Kuala Lumpur.

This apartment is perfect for family holidays, because it is very close to the Pavilion and KLCC. There are 3 rooms in this apartment equipped with AC, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, electric stove, refrigerator, drinking water and washing machine complete with dryer (dry, no drying), soap, shampoo, towel. Unfortunately my dining table and sofa forgot the photo and if I want to eat lunch behind this apartment a place to eat if I am not mistaken is the City Walk. I ate at the Serai Kayu restaurant. This place is very recommended ...

I was very happy with my work group to stay at Soho. friendly, fast service and understanding conditions. The owner gave me the convenience of not leaving a deposit because I checked out too early because I had to rush to KLIA airport. Everything is okay. clean rooms, spacious family room and facilities for complete kitchen needs. in the city center too.
