So far so good for 120 RM per night.

I like the location... near to Night Pasar Malam and street food/drinks.

I guess it's a bit better than before. I am not sure if I will stay there again.

Walking distance to City Square Mall, CIQ, night market (closed on Mondays). It's quiet compared with other hotels nearby; And relatively safe. Room was clean but please provide clothes hangers. Reception/ Dexter was professional and efficient. Will return; Thank you!:)

Hotel close to CIQ border Johor to Woodlands. Comfortable and clean

My room was located just beside the lift lobby and a bit disappointed not even a single hanger available. The room is also not soundproof, can hear next room guest talking and laughing. There was a live band near the pasar karat and the noise easily penetrate my room. The band ends at 1:25 am. Go figure..

When staying, the receptionist was not friendly and did not appreciate the guest, because he was too busy with his cellphone. When staying, the electricity in the room went out, but it was fixed. The location is good, close to JB Sentral, but when I went there, the road in front of the hotel was being repaired.

Pelayanan sangat buruk terutama receptionit laki2 cina. Tidak sopan, tamu datang masih main game di hp. Waktu mau pindah kamar kita disuruh turun ke lobby dulu bawa semua brg. Padahal yg nyuruh pindah staff yg lain nya. Mmg satu laki2 itu mmg bermasalah dengan tamu2 yg lain kalo saya baca di review hotel nya semua pd blg hal yg sama. Saran saya mending cari hotel lain.

The location is very strategic for those who want to travel to Singapore by land. Very close to JB Sentral and around it there are lots of food stalls that are open late so don't be afraid of getting hungry in the middle of the night. Then for the rooms, they are quite satisfying with very affordable prices, such as the comfort of the mattress and the equipment in the hotel is quite complete, but in my opinion the cleanliness is still not maintained. At first glance it comes quite clean but there are still insects (small cockroaches) sometimes coming out but the cleanliness of the mattress is clean. The staff service is quite friendly.

Decent budget hotel, close to culinary street food and malls, mui hua restaurants, IT roo restaurants, JBCS and KOMTAR, only a 10-minute walk. There was a slight problem when we checked in (July 2023) the front area of the lift after the reception smelled of urine.

The hotel is very nice, the room is very comfortable, the service is very good and the staff is very friendly, tq too staff name mr fairus very good, tq.

for standard boutique hotel I can say quiet good. location very strategic

The hotel is clean, comfortable too. Good for staying here. The price is cheap. Although I was upset because I was tricked by a taxi on the way to this hotel. But it's okay hotel

good choice for short term holiday. It's easy to acces many places, but less comforting facilities like wider space of alley or corridor.

Location strategic which near to bazar karat, mall and food stall. The room's aircond is not too cold . Parking is limited and if no parking have to park at fee rm12 maximum price .
