The room was clean, only the water wasn't hot enough and the yard was a bit dirty and mossy, otherwise it was okay.

We loved the atmosphere, with rooms shaped like traditional houses, a charming pond where you can enjoy the koi, boat rides, breakfast on the boat, and water tricycle rides...it's perfect for families. What needs to be considered is the variety of food and the buildings, which are starting to look neglected and decaying, as they are made of wood. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Hotel Danau Dariza, a unique hotel featuring traditional houses. Our family loved the boat rides, pedal boats, and the fish-filled pond. Our only suggestion is that the houses need improvements. They're made of wood, so they're prone to rot and dirt. The breakfast menu could also be improved. The location and price are good, in my opinion.

The hotel staff is friendly and responsive, the hotel is located near the city center and there are many roadside coffee shops with mountain views. The swimming pool water is warm but not too hot, suitable for children to swim without getting cold. I suggest that there could be rejuvenation in some parts of the hotel, especially the wooden materials because they are already rotting. Especially the wooden pedestrian bridge, crossing it is a bit scary because the wood is already rotting. But overall it's okay.

The entire staff was very kind and responsive. Very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms, especially the bathrooms, was very poor. It seemed poorly maintained. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was standard, but even though it's open-air, there should have been a designated non-smoking area. There's a serious lack of awareness among guests who smoke while having breakfast when there are small children around.

My family and I had a memorable stay here. I stayed in the Gadang room on the second floor, which was quite unique. Since I brought my kids, the facilities were great, so they could ride water bikes, ride boats while feeding fish, swim in the warm pool, and fish, all for free. 😊

The staff is friendly, the place is old but clean, I admire the size of the park, the lake and pool but clean from fallen leaves, the water is warm, maybe it just needs to be updated to be more modern, it's fun, I just went there on Saturday but I'm really satisfied with the complete facilities, I didn't get bored all day there because there are lots of rides for the kids too and it's close to the hot springs.
