An exciting experience, experience new things

Good people and good room, close to the crowds

1. Disappointed as the room totally 360 different from picture shared. 2. Low security as still using old school key. 3. Incomplete toiletries 4. Root have leaking, sofa wet when sit. 5. Most terrible part is the hotel is in the middle of Bui Vien Walking Street where the pub active 7pm until dawn 5am, the noise just like beside ur ear, unable to sleep. 6. Grab unable to drop/pickup at the hotel after 6pm as the street would close, has to walk out around 0.5km

1st: The room when I received it was very different from the picture, the wall was peeling, the bathroom was very dirty, so much so that I had to go to seven eleven to buy water to wash my face. 2nd: The room was not soundproof, and I also don't understand why it wasn't? When the location was right next to Bui Vien street? 3rd: The power outlet in my room was broken, the phone couldn't be used. With this price, I really feel like I was scammed.

The staff here are very enthusiastic, there is a motorbike rental service to tour the city. The hotel is located right on Bui Vien Western Street so it is very vibrant, with lots of delicious food and entertainment activities.

When I arrived, the hotel informed me that the rooftop room I booked was leaking, and took me to another hotel but the quality was not as good as I booked, and also suggested taking me to another hotel. I did not agree and asked for a refund but the hotel did not refund, so I canceled and booked another hotel.

If anyone likes the bustling atmosphere of Bui Vien, they should rent this place. Also, when the street lights come on, the technology car won't take you straight to your accommodation, you have to walk a long distance.

It's not bad for a cheap stay in HCM, it's clean too.

Room like small motel no amenities

The hotel is located right at Bui Vien, the hotel smells bad, is very dirty, there is trash under the bed, I couldn't stay for 10 minutes and had to check out immediately. Too bad.

I must say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The address on the website is not clear, so when I checked in, it was right on Bui Vien street. The music was incredibly loud because there was no soundproofing. The air conditioner was almost non-existent. Because the air conditioner was so old, the noise from the air conditioner was even worse than the noise from the street outside. The 2-day experience here was like torture. I stayed up for 2 days without sleeping.

The facilities are really bad. Planned to stay for 3 nights, but checked out straight away last night. Too bad.

The room was extremely small and looked nothing like the photos. The staff were also incredibly rude. We checked in around 7 PM and immediately noticed that the room’s light was broken, making it quite dark. When we asked the staff for assistance, they showed no willingness to help at all. To make things worse, we later found that the bedsheet was stained with ***, and when we requested a replacement, the male staff again refused to assist. Frustrated and disappointed, we checked out after just one night. No matter what kind of help you ask for, the staff refuse to assist. There is absolutely nothing good about this place—it’s not even a hotel, more like a rundown motel. Avoid at all costs!

In the afternoon from 5pm onwards until late at night around 2-3am, the music on the street outside is loud, very noisy, not suitable for families with small children to sleep early and rest.

I was given a free big room but there were 2 rooms, 2 air conditioners but only 1 was really cold.

Horrible!!! This is a hotel that I will never want to return to. The room is old, dirty, damp and smells like cigarettes. The bathroom is dirty and moldy, I don't want to take a shower. I already booked it so I tried to sleep for 1 night but the mattress was extremely dirty and had hair left on it which was very itchy, there were also mosquitoes in the room. I booked for 2 nights but couldn't stand it and left the next day. I'm very easy going and never like to complain but this hotel is really horrible :(((

Because the hotel does not have a clear address, it is not available. Writing the hotel address as on the Web can cause misunderstanding and defraud customers.
